Multi-pass laser capture with photographic notes and targeted physical checks (e.g., column grids, core shafts, wall centerlines).
Reconciliation to original CDs/addenda, prior as-builts, and documented changes to resolve historical drift.
Architect-grade modeling:
CAD/BIM/REVIT with disciplined layering, naming, legends, and block libraries for clean downstream use.
Suite boundaries, door swings, and elevations/sections as needed for scope.
Governed currency:
Versioning and narrative change logs; lineage maintained at floor/suite level.
Portfolio conventions for scales, symbols, and file structure so teams don’t re-learn building to building.
Where scans fall short:
We resolve non-visible intent (legacy demising logic, wall centers, mezzanines/vertical penetrations) using the record—not just the point cloud.
